SPARK Ferndale, founded in January 2013, is the first school in the SPARK Schools network. Located in the leafy suburb of Ferndale, Randburg, SPARK Ferndale boasts an active, engaged student and parent body. Along with the five SPARK core values, SPARK Ferndale focuses on environmental stewardship, with students completing service activities that benefit the environment and local community. SPARK Ferndale scholars are also physically fit and highly creative, participating in enrichment activities, such as pottery, English tuition, engineering, pre music, exercise and health development, ballet and hip hop, cricket, auxiliary Zulu classes, soccer, yoga, science and karate.
