Baby bums became my daughter’s home for a good 2.5 years. In those few years I saw how she grew into a confident and bubbly human being. We miss everything about the school. The love and care that the team has for the kids is out of this world. I would personally like to extend my gratitude for the support that the school gave me especially when I wasn’t able to fetch my daughter on time and would still find her safe, sound and happy to be with the teachers. Thank You and we hope to be around to still attend the sports day events ..❤️

I enrolled my little one based on positive reviews and share our experience not to disparage, but to provide an honest account for other parents making their childcare decisions. What happened: In the second month, my 2-year-old fell from a 2-meter jungle gym. The teacher was a couple of meters away at the time. The fall resulted in emergency surgery to her elbow, weeks of recovery, physiotherapy, a financial impact and has left her with a permanent scar. Subsequent concerns: Following the incident, several issues arose that impacted our confidence: - Comments like "she is wild" and "you need to watch her" came across as deflecting rather than taking accountability for the incident - The medicine policy was amended during our enrollment, extending parent responsibilities. After her extended medical leave, we were asked to keep her home for an additional 2 weeks while she was on antibiotics for an ear infection, despite her doctor confirming she was fit to attend and not infectious. When questioned, this was attributed to a teacher's misinterpretation of the policy. Our decision: After three months, we felt the school wasn't the right fit for our family. She has since transitioned to another facility where we're having a positive experience and satisfied with the overall care.

Finding a safe and nurturing environment for our child was of utmost importance. Our search led us to the incredible Babybums school, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience. After witnessing our son's growth and development during his time at this school, we wholeheartedly recommend it as a top choice for parents seeking exceptional care for their little ones. Communication between the creche and parents is excellent. Teachers are fantastic and our son is always content to go to school.

My daughter LOVES being at Babybums. They provide top of the range academic program whilst building strong social development for children. I love the fact that teachers greet the kids with warm and loving hugs which ensures to me that my child is in a loving and safe environment. I'm well impressed with the school infrastructure. I'm one happy mom.

I love BabyBums so much. Firstly, the teachers are so kind. So patient and accommodating. I also appreciate the communication they send. It’s so good. I don’t feel like I miss out on anything that’s happening in the school and with my daughter. Their care is absolutely fantastic. My son was there when he was 18 months old until the age of 4. My daughter is there currently. She’s enjoying it and making so many friends. She has grown in character and has improved in all aspects of her life. Especially communicating! It’s a good I would totally recommend it!
