Located in the heart of Randburg, off Rabie Street, close to major routes and less than 10 minutes drive from surrounding areas - Randpark, Randpark Ridge, Cresta, Linden, Northcliff, Olivedale, Ferndale, Boskruin, Blairgowrie, Parkhurst, North Riding and Robinhill. At Chickadees we want children learn by experimentation, exploration, and collaboration. Teachers and their assistance tie the work they do in the classroom to real-world experiences and lessons. They play with materials that inspire creative thinking , such as paint, noodles and string that develop each child's fine motor skills and sensory abilities. Blocks, puzzles and element walls to develop problem solving abilities and fantasy/pretend play which assist in developing each childs social skills and build their confidence. Children work independently and with their peers. The teacher serves as a guide, supporting and assisting their students.

My sons are currently attending Chickadees and one of the things I appreciate the most the school is the honesty around where exactly our kids are tracking academically. My oldest will be in Gr. 1 next year and I can honestly say he is ready "big school"!
