Both our kiddos went to firm foundation from 6 months old - our son moved to grade R this year while our daughter has two years left. Firm foundation has been the best decision we ever made - the daily exposure, activities and interactions being organised far exceeding the end of my imagination, the provision of healthy food (breakfast, lunch, snacks), no sugar policy and special care at baby stage with milk/snack routines a complete bonus. The most crucial point is the loving, caring staff members who are so attentive and supportive - who end up feeling like family! Would do it all over again :)

Firm Foundation is an incredible creche. The teachers show the children so much love and genuine care and they are so passionate about what they do. Every week has a fun and educational theme, such as construction, sports, or animals, and my two-year-old daughter has learned so much in the year she’s been there. She is always excited and happy to go to creche each morning, which says it all! It’s also an extremely safe and nurturing environment, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my daughter is in the very best hands every single day. Firm Foundation is extra special to me because I attended this same creche over 30 years ago. When my daughter turned one, I had no doubt that this was the right place for her. To this day, I couldn’t be happier with that decision.

Firm Foundation has been phenomenal for our family. My son started there at 5 months old and we’ve had the most wonderful experience ever since. As a working parent, leaving your child can be tough, but I know I made the best decision. He’s always happily running down the path in the mornings and playing joyfully with his friends in the afternoons. I’m constantly blown away by how organised and thoughtfully structured their curriculum is, even for the babies! Each week brings a new theme and the small class sizes mean every child gets so much attention and care. Claire and the teachers are loving, attentive and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth and happiness. Firm Foundation truly gives children an amazing start to their schooling journey and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Firm Foundation has truly become a home away from home for our daughter. When we first brought her at just 1 year old, we were so apprehensive, she was still such a tiny baby. But almost a year later, we can confidently say we have absolutely no regrets. Her growth and development have been incredible to witness, and so much of that is thanks to the nurturing environment you provide. She happily plays, explores, and enjoys being at daycare every day - a clear sign of how safe, loved, and stimulated she feels while she’s there.
