When my two children began their journey at Pecanwood College in 2023, they were introduced to the enriching experience of boarding school for the first time. Upon arrival, we were greeted by dedicated house parents who seamlessly stepped in to ensure the daily well-being, safety, and academic progress of my children. Choosing Pecanwood College and its boarding facility ranks among the best decisions I've made for their future. The unparalleled care and meticulous attention given to both my children is truly exceptional. The school has not only provided quality education but has also nurtured their innate potentials. Within less than two years, my daughter has risen to a leadership role, earning a prestigious nomination as a prefect. This speaks volumes about the school's commitment to recognizing and fostering leadership qualities in their students. Similarly, my son, who previously averaged 50% in most subjects, has made tremendous academic strides. He now boasts an impressive 95% average in mathematics, with substantial improvements in his other subjects, ranging between 65 and 80%. Opting for Pecanwood's boarding facility remains one of my proudest decisions. The communication from the school is prompt and clear, allowing me to rest assured of my children's well-being at all times.

I had the opportunity to visit my old school today for their Open Day, and it honestly felt like coming home. We were given a private tour as we’re considering the school for my younger sister, and I couldn’t help but reflect on my own time there. During my years as a student, I genuinely enjoyed everything the school had to offer — from sports and cultural activities to the academic side of things. It was a place that helped shape me in many ways, and I’m hopeful my sister will get to experience the same supportive, vibrant environment next year. Even though I didn’t matriculate there, the memories and lessons I took with me have stayed. Looking forward to seeing her make her own!

I have to say, this was the best and most exciting school appreciation walk-about I have been to. Bobo & Patience certainly made is very accommodating with every detail of the school, the students as well as the teachers. I have not come across students who observe visitors with such high value, neatness and orderly in every aspect of the school. I have to single out the Art Teacher who gave us an overview of her subject saying it with so much passion. I have my fingers crossed that our little, tall girl is accepted!! Thank you, Bobo & Patience, for the Thursday walkabout!!

My children have been attending Pecanwood for nearly four years. They are happy there and have fantastic teachers. I am always greeted when I pass students on campus. In addressing the criticisms, it's important to remember that no institution is perfect. Pecanwood constantly strives for improvement, always welcoming feedback and implementing changes to better serve its students.

My friend goes to this school and she has seen 3 people attempt to commit suicide between the span of 1 and a half years, she is in hostile and she has frequently complained about there being no hot water during winter. I do not recommend this school it’s not a healthy environment for teenagers.
