As parents, we couldn't be more grateful for the care and attention our daughter, Elizabeth, has received at Queen Bee Nursery. From the moment we first walked in, it was clear that this was a special place, and our trust in them has only grown stronger as time has passed. The staff at Queen Bee are incredibly warm, compassionate, and professional. They take the time to get to know each child individually, and we’ve seen firsthand how they nurture Elizabeth’s growth, both academically and emotionally. It’s not just about learning letters and numbers; it’s about creating a foundation of kindness, respect, and curiosity that will serve her for years to come. What stands out the most to us is the genuine care and love they show every child. Elizabeth looks forward to going each day, and it's clear that she feels safe, happy, and valued in this environment. The teachers and staff are always ready to listen to any concerns we may have, and they keep us updated on her progress with regular communication. Queen Bee is a fantastic pre-school and nursery that invests in and cares for all its children. The staff are amazing and they are all passionate about children. The principal, Sonett, is fantastic at what she does and runs the school with great leadership! I can highly recommend this school to any parents with pre-schoolers:)

The quality of care we have received has been good and the staff are polite and friendly. The interventions utilised to address issues are sometimes questionable. I say this because communication was allowed via WhatsApp groups between parents and staff however when parents began to discuss their children falling ill with congestion, cough and runny noses, the whatsapp group settings were changed and no more two way communication could take place, where now, only ‘admins’ are allowed to post. I find that direct messages/e-mails are not responded to in reasonable time since that change. The facilities offered are in line with expected standards yet if certain staff members were more open and willing to form genuine relationships with parents of diverse backgrounds, it would create a well integrated, happy social environment for all. UPDATE : After much deliberation and giving the school ample opportunity to improve, no positive change has been noted as yet, furthermore with the new management of the school, we have decided to end services here. With informed research and some intense homework, we are now opting for a social environment which will better support our child in developing to the fullest potential.
