The primary objective of the HOR is to be a beacon of hope to the homeless, destitute, and the down trodden of society, by providing essential services to all people irrespective of race, colour, creed or religion of this disenfranchised community.HOR was founded in 2000 by visionaries Dr. Ronnie & Pastor Shirley Naidoo, who were inspired to establish an institution that would cater for the social development, enhancement and welfare of the community.
