My son has been in this school since he was 3 months old. I had to return to work early from my maternity leave. Yummies Village, the principal and all the teachers love each and every child as their own and as a parent working full time you can rest that your kids are loved and looked after here during the day. My son has been in the baby class whose teachers are real life super heroes, the potty training class and the fish class now as he turns three soon. He has been potty trained so well thanks to the school, flourishing in all his mile stones and kids that attend yummies are far ahead in their development because of the love and attention they receive here.

Yummies is THE BEST nursery school!! When it came time for my first born to attend Nursery School, i had placed him in 4 different nursery schools before him finally attending Yummies at the age of 4 turning 5. And i am so glad that we did!!! He now attends a primary school in the area and even the teachers at his school say that they would recommend Yummies and their Grade R teaching over that of any of the surrounding schools as the teaching methods/ teachers. My first born loved his time at Yummies so much that to this day he says that he wishes that he could go back to his teacher Merle & Rennet. My second born joined the baby class at 9 months old and very quickly started sleeping through the night and he was in such a routine where he was so pleasant and ate really well. He took his first steps in front of teacher Lerato (so special ).. Thank you to each and every teacher at Yummies for always giving the kids the best part of you and for loving them as your own. It gives a parent a great deal of comfort knowing that the school you leave your child/ren at for the day will ensure that they are happy and filled with love. Thank you Issy for being a mom to so many and a role model to us all! We could not have chosen a better school and second home

Before joining Yummies my boys were home with my mom I thought it would take them long to adapt but this was not the case.They love the school and more so the day mothers .They really show love and leave you with peace of mind while your kids are in their care. My 1 boy is in the baby class and the other in potty.And they really do an amazing job ,well they do it with passion and that can only come from the heart Thank you Yummies

Best Pre-School ever. Highly recommend it! I'm editing this post due the the negative review that was posted. My children are in this school, they have been students since February 2018. Here is my very own story, and it also relates to potty-training: My daughter joined the school when she was 2 years and 8 months old. Being a full time working mother, I did not focus on potty training with her at all (just being honest). The owner personally met my daughter on her first day and (after we had enrolled her in the Potty class) and recommended that she should be moved to the turning 3 class because of her maturity. She arranged with the turning 3 class teacher, and the teacher agreed that she will take it upon herself to potty train my daughter. I am not joking, my daughter was potty trained (fully) in one week without any traumatic strings attached to it. My children are super healthy (they have never been sick, no tummy bugs, no flu, nothing) since they were enrolled here. My kids are fully bilingual and the standards of this school is exceptionally high. If you are a parent and reading this review, you are a good parent, because you want the best for your child. Exactly like me, you want your child to be happy, you want your child to be healthy, you want the school to love your child like you do (even though I believe that no one can love your child better than you), let me tell you, I think the staff in this school loves my children more than I do! Just do yourself this one favour, visit the school, meet with the principal, have your own opinion.
